I’m ordering a number of hampers for delivery to my office (one delivery address). Do I have to pay for delivery on each hamper?
No, if you are ordering more than 2 hampers to one address, we will send them together and only charge 1 delivery fee. If you order 6 or more hampers to one address, delivery is free! You’ll need to complete our bulk order form. Contact us and we’ll email it to you.
Can you deliver directly to my clients?
Yes, when you place an order you’ll let us know during check-out or on our bulk order form, the address you want your Christmas Hampers delivered to. We only use reputable third party courier services. You can read our full delivery policy here.
How long will my order take?
Christmas is a very busy time of year so we strongly recommend you pre-order your Christmas Hampers. You can place your order and just let us know what date you’d like your hampers delivered. If you don’t get the chance to pre-order, small Christmas Hamper orders usually take 2-3 days to be dispatched. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an exact time frame during the Christmas Season. When placing your order remember there will be some in-transit delivery time.
