How long will my gift hamper take to be delivered?

At Gifted Hampers, you have the flexibility to choose from three (3) convenient delivery options:

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only.  They serve as a general guideline and are not guaranteed.

Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following day.  Please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery time. This also applies to Same-Day Delivery. 

What days do you deliver?

Our delivery services are available from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery over the weekend or on public holidays.

 

What if I have a specific delivery date?

Should you have a specific delivery date in mind, please let us know in the ‘order comments’ section during check-out.

Please ensure you have checked the delivery timeframes, and your delivery date is achievable within the timeframe.

Please note weekends are not included in your delivery timeframe.

While we strive to accommodate all requests, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.  During high-demand periods, such as holidays, additional preparation and dispatch time may be required.

 

What if the recipient isn’t home to receive delivery?

If the recipient is not home to accept delivery, the parcel will be left at the recipient’s residence providing our couriers deem it safe to do so.  By ordering a gift with us you acknowledge this authority to leave.

Gifted Hampers are not responsible for theft or damage to a parcel that has been left at a residence by our courier partners.

You can request, in writing via info@giftedhampers.com.au for a signature to be obtained on delivery.

If the delivery driver does not feel it is safe to leave a delivery at a residence this overrides the authority to leave. Gifted Hampers is not responsible if this leads to a delivery not arriving on a specified date.

 

What if the address is incomplete or incorrect?

Unfortunately, Gifted Hampers is unable to take responsibility for an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied.  Inaccurate addresses may result in a re-delivery fee. Providing an accurate address and including a contact number for the recipient can assist in ensuring timely delivery.

 

What if my gift hamper arrives damaged?

In the event of damage during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will facilitate the return of the damaged item and arrange for a prompt replacement.

 

What if my gift arrives after my specified delivery date?

Late deliveries do not warrant order cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.

 

What if my gift doesn’t arrive at all?

If you suspect your order has not been delivered, please notify us. However, it’s important to note that if we can provide evidence of delivery from our courier, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.
