Most Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Metro parcels arrive the next business day after dispatch, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Ideal for Sunshine Coast suburbs outside our same-day delivery area, including Noosa, Maleny and Montville.
A quick note on timing
Dispatch is when your hamper leaves us. Standard and Express delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders received after the relevant cutoff are dispatched the next business day; Same-Day Delivery orders received after 10am are delivered the next business day. Our delivery services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Christmas preorders are an exception to normal dispatch times and begin dispatching Monday 2nd November 2026.

Important delivery information
A few things to know to help your gift arrive smoothly.
Check your suburb before selecting Same-Day Delivery
Please check that the recipient’s suburb is eligible, even if Same-Day Delivery appears at checkout. Our checkout uses postcodes, and some postcodes cover both eligible and ineligible suburbs.
If you select Same-Day Delivery for an address outside our coverage, we’ll automatically send your hamper by Express Post instead. It will not arrive that day. Express Post delivery estimates apply, and we’re unable to accommodate requested delivery dates through this service.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is home, our courier will leave the hamper at the address if they consider it safe to do so. By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place.
If the driver considers it unsafe to leave the parcel, they will not leave it. This may affect the delivery date. Gifted Hampers is not responsible for theft or damage to parcels left at a residence, or a missed requested date where the courier cannot safely leave the parcel.
If the courier can’t access the property - for example, a locked gated community - or there’s nowhere safe to leave the hamper, it will be returned to us. An additional delivery fee will apply to send it again.
What if I enter an incorrect or incomplete address?
Please check the full delivery address carefully and include a contact number for the recipient. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery and result in a redelivery fee. Gifted Hampers is unable to take responsibility for an incorrect or incomplete address supplied.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
No, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a street address for delivery.
What if my hamper arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately so we can help. We’ll facilitate the return of the damaged item and arrange a prompt replacement.
What if my gift is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
Please contact us so we can look into the delivery. Standard and Express timeframes are estimates and exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Late deliveries do not warrant order cancellations. If our courier provides evidence of delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for a parcel reported as not received.
Alcohol delivery disclaimer
Gifted Hampers supports the responsible sale and supply of alcohol. You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase a hamper containing alcohol, and the recipient must also be aged 18 years or over.
Hampers containing alcohol must be delivered as a gift to an adult other than the purchaser.
By ordering a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that both you and the recipient are aged 18 years or over. The person accepting delivery may be required to provide valid identification as proof of age and sign for the hamper.

How do I choose between free standard, same-day delivery or Express Post?
It really comes down to where your gift is going and when you’d like it to arrive.
Have a few days to spare? All gift hampers include free standard delivery Australia-wide. Sunshine Coast metro addresses usually take 2–3 business days after dispatch. For other destinations, check our estimated standard delivery timeframes above.
Sunshine Coast address and need it there today? Check that the suburb is eligible for same-day delivery, then select Same-Day Delivery and order before 10am, Monday to Friday, for delivery that day. Orders received after 10am are delivered the next business day.
Sunshine Coast address but outside our same-day delivery area? Express Post is the fastest option for addresses outside our same-day suburbs, including Noosa, Mons, Montville and Mapleton. Order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, for dispatch that business day.
Outside the Sunshine Coast and need it there fast? Express Post is our fastest option. Most Brisbane metro parcels arrive the next business day after dispatch, although this isn’t guaranteed. Check our estimated Express Post timeframes above.
Do you deliver to all Sunshine Coast suburbs?
Yes. Free Standard Delivery and Express Post cover all Sunshine Coast addresses. Same-day delivery is available to eligible suburbs only—please check the suburb list above before ordering.
What are the cut-off times for same-day delivery?
Order before 10am, Monday–Friday, for same-day delivery to an eligible Sunshine Coast address. Orders received after 10am are delivered the next business day. Delivery services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Eligible orders placed before the cut-off are delivered that day. We’re unable to accommodate requests for a particular delivery time.
Should I choose Express Post or Same-Day Delivery on the Sunshine Coast?
If the recipient’s suburb is eligible and you need your gift delivered today, choose Same-Day Delivery and order before 10am, Monday–Friday. It’s faster, and both services cost $15 per hamper.
Express Post is our fastest option for addresses outside the same-day delivery area.
Do you offer next-day hamper delivery on the Sunshine Coast?
Yes. For next-day hamper delivery on the Sunshine Coast, choose Express Post and order before 12 noon, Monday–Friday, for dispatch that business day. Most Sunshine Coast parcels arrive the next business day after dispatch, although Australia Post’s guide allows 1–2 business days. Arrival timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
How much does hamper delivery to the Sunshine Coast cost?
Free standard delivery is included with every hamper. Same-day delivery and Express Post each cost $15 per hamper.
What days do you deliver?
Our delivery services operate Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. We don’t offer delivery on weekends or public holidays.
What if I have a specific delivery date?
Requested delivery dates are available only through our eligible Sunshine Coast Same-Day Delivery service. Select Same-Day Delivery at checkout and enter your preferred Monday–Friday date in the Order Notes. Public holidays are excluded.
Please check that the recipient’s suburb is eligible before ordering. Requested delivery dates are not available with Free Standard Delivery or Express Post.
Does my dispatch email mean my hamper has arrived?
Your dispatch email confirms your hamper has left us, not that it has arrived. Please allow the estimated delivery time for your chosen service from dispatch.
Can I order more than five hampers for same-day delivery?
For same-day delivery of more than five hampers, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
