Delivery

In making a purchase from Gifted Hampers you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following delivery terms. Please note these terms may change at any time without notice.

Gifted Hampers offers free Sunshine Coast delivery on orders $79 and over.  Orders under $79 incur a local Sunshine Coast flat fee of $9 per hamper.

For areas outside of the Sunshine Coast, delivery is additional and is calculated once the delivery address is entered during the check-out process. 

Gifted Hampers offers same-day delivery to the following areas when your order is received before 11am:

Alexandra Headland, Aroona, Baringa, Battery Hill, Bells Creek, Birtinya, Bli Bli, Bokarina, Buddina, Buderim, Caloundra, Caloundra West, Coolum, Coolum Beach, Cotton Tree, Currimundi, Dicky Beach, Doonan, Glenview, Golden Beach, Kawana, Kings Beach, Kunda Park, Little Mountain, Marcoola, Maroochydore, Meridan Plains, Minyama, Moffat Beach, Mooloolaba, Mountain Creek, Nambour, Nirimba, Noosa, Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Palmview, Parrearra, Pelican Waters, Peregian Springs, Shelly Beach, Sippy Downs, Tewantin, Warana, Wurtulla.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same-day delivery to Bribie Island, the Glass House Mountains, Noosa North Shore, or Pomona.

If your delivery address is on the Sunshine Coast but not listed above, please contact us at info@giftedhampers.com.au or call us on 0424 430 039 to check if we offer same-day delivery to that area.

If you have a specific delivery date, please advise us of this when you place your order. We will always do our best to meet requested delivery dates however, please be mindful that if you are placing a large order, or are ordering in a busy season (i.e. Christmas), extra time may be required to prepare and dispatch.

Delivery is Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a Public Holiday via email will not be ‘received’ until the next business working day.

If the recipient is not home to accept delivery, the parcel will be left at the recipient’s residence providing our couriers deem it safe to do so. By ordering a gift you acknowledge this authority-to-leave. Gifted Hampers are not responsible for theft or damage to a parcel that has been left at a residence. You can request, in writing via info@giftedhampers.com.au for a signature to be obtained on delivery.  If the delivery driver does not feel it is safe to leave a delivery at a residence this overrides the authority-to-leave and a card may be left for the recipient to contact the courier to organise pick up. Gifted Hampers is not responsible if this leads to a delivery not arriving on a specified date.

Gifted Hampers cannot be held responsible if a gift order does not arrive on a date requested at the fault of a third party (i.e. courier company).

Late delivery does not allow the cancellation of an order.

If an inaccurate delivery address is provided, a re-delivery fee will be charged. Gifted Hampers can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by inaccurate delivery details. Please consider including a phone number for your recipient with your order to help ensure your hamper arrives on time.

If a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call us.  We will arrange for the item to be returned and another one will be dispatched in its place.

It is your responsibility to inform Gifted Hampers if you believe an order has not arrived. If a claim is made that a gift hamper wasn’t received however Gifted Hampers can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement.
