In making a purchase from Gifted Hampers you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following delivery terms. Please note these terms may change at any time without notice.
The price of the gift hamper does not include delivery. Delivery is additional and is charged per hamper however bulk orders may qualify for a discounted rate. Please contact us at email@example.com to see if your order qualifies for a discounted rate.
We do not offer a guaranteed delivery time frame. If you have a specific delivery date, please advise us of this when you place your order. We will always do our best to meet requested delivery dates however, please be mindful that if you are placing a large order, or are ordering in a busy season (i.e. Christmas), extra time may be required to prepare and dispatch.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday via email will not be ‘received’ until the next business working day.
Gifted Hampers only uses reputable third party courier services and Australia Post for delivery.
Gifted Hampers cannot be held responsible if a gift order does not arrive on a date requested at the fault of a third party (i.e. courier company).
Late delivery does not allow cancellation of an order.
If the recipient is not home to accept delivery, the parcel will be left at the recipient’s residence providing our couriers deem it safe to do so. By ordering a gift you acknowledge this authority-to-leave. Gifted Hampers are not responsible for theft or damage to a parcel that has been left at a residence. You can request for a signature to be obtained on delivery. If the delivery driver does not feel it is safe to leave a delivery at a residence this overrides the authority-to-leave and a card may be left for the recipient to contact the courier to organise pick up. Gifted Hampers is not responsible if this leads to a delivery not arriving on a specified date.
If an inaccurate delivery address is provided, a re-delivery fee will be charged. Gifted Hampers can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by inaccurate delivery details. Please consider including a phone number for your recipient with your order to help ensure your hamper arrives on time.
If a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call us and arrange for the item to be returned and another one will be dispatched in its place.
It is your responsibility to inform Gifted Hampers if you believe a gift order has not arrived. If a gift is not able to be found on the premises however Gifted Hampers can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement.
