Terms

In making a purchase from Gifted Hampers you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note these terms and conditions may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable. We will always try to replace the item with a similar product. If we are unable to provide a product similar in nature, we guarantee to substitute the item with an alternative product to equal or greater value than the original item. This also extends to the gift presentation.

Gifted Hampers promote the responsible and legal consumption of alcohol. All orders including alcohol must be placed by a person 18 years or over. Deliveries including alcohol can only be sent to persons 18 years and over. Proof of age may be requested.

Some of our images use props which are for illustrative purposes only or show stock that may have been discontinued since the image was taken. Please refer to the list of contents for a complete content list.

The price of the gift hamper does not include delivery. Delivery is additional. Delivery fees are per hamper however bulk orders may qualify for a discounted rate. Please contact us at info@giftedhampers.com.au to see if your order qualifies for a discounted rate.

We will do our best to meet delivery dates requested however unless advised otherwise, your hamper will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of your order being received and processed.  Please be mindful that if you are placing a large order, extra time may be required to prepare and dispatch. These time frames do not apply to peak times such as Christmas, Valentines Day or Mother’s Day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will not be considered ‘received’ until the next business working day.

If the recipient is not home to accept delivery, the parcel will be left at the recipient’s residence providing our couriers deem it safe to do so. By ordering a gift you acknowledge this authority-to-leave. Gifted Hampers are not responsible for theft or damage to a parcel that has been left at a residence. You can request for a signature to be obtained on delivery.  If the delivery driver does not feel it is safe to leave a delivery at a residence despite an authority-to-leave, a card may be left for the recipient to contact the courier to organise pick up.  Gifted Hampers is not responsible if this leads to a delivery not arriving on a specified date.

Gifted Hampers cannot be held responsible if a gift order does not arrive on a date requested at the fault of a third party (i.e. courier company).

Late delivery does not allow you to cancel an order.

If an inaccurate delivery address is provided, a re-delivery fee will be charged. Gifted Hampers can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by inaccurate delivery details. Please consider including a phone number for your recipient with your order to help ensure your hamper arrives on time.

If a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call us and arrange for the item to be returned and another one will be dispatched in its place.

It is your responsibility to inform Gifted Hampers if you believe a gift order has not arrived. If a gift is not able to be found on the premises and Gifted Hampers can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement.

We are happy to cancel an order with appropriate notice, however if your order has been made and/or dispatched we are unable to accept cancellation.  All cancellations must be made by telephone to Gifted Hampers.

We do not offer refunds for gifts that are shipped and delivered to the recipient without any damage. If you have received a product which you believe is not up to expectation, please contact Gifted Hampers directly to discuss the issue.

Gifted Hampers respects your privacy and will only use your personal information to provide you an efficient service and advise you of any promotional activities from Gifted Hampers, however we reserve the right to disclose your personal information by law and when necessary to protect the rights of Gifted Hampers.  If at any time you no longer wish to receive communication from Gifted Hampers you can request to be removed from our mailing list by emailing us at info@giftedhampers.com.au.

Gifted Hampers is not registered for GST.
