They were polite and helpful. They went over and above to customise the gift box for me. I have been let down in the past so I am thrilled to find a company that is capable and caring. I will only use this company for gift delivery from now on

Bianca from Gifted Hampers was so helpful and supplied a beautifully boxed hamper. I give Bianca, her business, delivery and customer service a five star rating. So many businesses could take note. Thank you Bianca I look forward to doing business with you again. Alec🙏🏼

Best customer service and experience with a small business in a long time! Bianca took my call on a Friday afternoon and heard I was in a pickle and needed a quick delivery of a Hamper to a local address on the Monday. Bianca was so lovely and promised she would process my order that afternoon but did advise there wasn't a 100% guarantee for Monday delivery due to Oz Post - however, I took my chances as she was so accommodating and honest... and it did end up getting delivered on the Monday! Thank you Bianca :)
